Here is a Prime Design ErgoRack – ladder rack, which is very easy to use and has many beneficial features. It can be placed on Low, Medium, & High Roof transits, can be reached by operators of any height (removable handle on high roofs), will deploy or stow away in less than 20 seconds, and has the ability to secure contents with a padlock ready handle.
Extra features for the high roof models include: The removable handle and slide extensions to lower the ladder for easy loading and unloading.
This rack is placed on a Medium Roof Ford Transit, it has been built for 8′ step ladders and 24′ extension ladders. This is a single rotation set up. (meaning the rack is only on the passenger side of the vehicle. The passenger-side sliding door can be opened with this rack down.
